Basic Information To Know Before Joining.
	The Instant Network is NOT a jobs or job search database:
		The Instant Network is a dues-based membership organization designed to facilitate member-to-member introductions to enhance careers.
	As a member:
		Be professional, fair and ethical in your use of the Network.
		Post your resume.
			Your resume is those skills you are willing to share with other members. The more detail, the more specific other members can be in networking. It can double as your formal resume - your resume page is yours to use as you see fit. However, as in all internet activiites, be careful of what information, personal or otherwise, you publish - put enough to help other members, but not so much as to jeopardize yourself in any way.
		The point is networking; respond to approaches, make ones of your own. Use your membership.
		Pay your dues.
			Dues are collected for a variety of reasons: To incentivize use, to create, maintain and upgrade the network, and to insure professionalism. Dues are $20.00 per month in U.S. currency. Members will be credited $5.00 per Career Opportunity posted up to three Career Opportunity postings per calendar month.
		Post Career Opportunities.
			Career Opportunity postings are not restricted in anyway. Opportunities can be remunerated, non-remunerated, sweat equity, etc. Postings must have enough information to enable other members to be able to discern interest or not. Posting Member is the only required point of contact. There is no need to disclose company, hiring manager or other info. Posting Member controls how much is posted.
	Your information:
		Career Opportunities and resumes have only the barest of required information, some of which is published to the membership, the rest being strictly for our files and use. Only that information you opt to publish is published. No other information is published, sold or otherwise made available for use by any party other than The RLM Group LLC.
